It bothered me that this thread was left unexplained. I guess it could have been Samuel. I also didn't understand if Simon was playing along with the other bootleggers still or hiding out somewhere else. Also, why did Marshall not reveal that Simon was still alive and working with him, but instead fed her a completely different story?(less)
