It definitely is not for everyone, but if you are the kind of person who really enjoys reading coming of age novels, then this is probably your kind of book. People shouldn't criticize it just because it was not their cup of tea.

Agreed. I didn't like it at all. But I wanted to know the ending of this book, so I read it in, like, 4 hours.

I read the entire book in like four hours because I was like super bored, but looking back on it this book was not good at all. I'm not just saying this because of my personal opinion, it's just the facts. The main character was very selfish throughout the entire book, the plot sucks, the writing isn't great, it was just overall like not a great story. I would definitely not recommend this book. It was very disappointing to me after I read To All The Boys I've Loved Before.

Personally, I found that this book, and the other two in the series are amazing. I finished the series very quickly. I recently finished the last book. I found it to be very condescending. In the end, I was content in the ending, but sad to let go of all the characters. I was rushing to finish the series, but I found myself encapsulated in the story. Although Jenny doesn’t write in heavy description, she describes everything in just the right way. Maybe I’m biased because I find some aspects in Belly’s life relatable, but this is a truly amazing series. I definitely recommend it to any teen romance fans. 10/10.

I finished it because it was a quick read and I'm always curious to see what will happen. But absolutely, this story for me was tougher to stick with because it continually goes back in time and then back to the present. At first, I was having a hard time keeping track (then I realized it was labeled on the chapters). It was an okay read.

I feel like this is a love it or hate it book. Personally, I was so bored I gave up before even reading a quarter of it. You may like it though, who knows? Give it a try. UPDATE--> I recently picked it back up and finished it w/in a day. Maybe I was just in a weird mood the first time I tried reading it. It ended up very sweet and beautiful. I really liked it.
