Hi Juliet, I know you get asked a lot of questions about a third WildWood Dancing book. Not sure if anyone has asked you before about crowdfunding? i.e. KickStarter If you could raise enough money to essentially pay yourself a salary for writing the third book - would that be something you would consider?

Hi Samantha and thanks for the suggestion. Other readers have suggested something similar in the past. It's certainly a valid idea - a lot of artists and writers fund-raise either in this way or by opening a Patreon (basically that is getting a lot of readers to sign up to give a regular small donation in return for exclusive extras such as art work or a downloadable short story.) At this point I have heaps of contracted work on hand - two more novels in the Warrior Bards series to write in the next two years, plus an expansion of a novella into a short novel, plus a book of fairy tale retellings for YA. So even if I went with the crowdfunding model I simply wouldn't have time to think about a third Wildwood book for the next couple of years at least. After that, who knows?

Hi Juliet! For years now I've been a huge fan of your books. I love the themes, setting and mix of history and fantasy! This year, I've read the Bridei Chronicles and I was wondering if you would ever consider writing a sequel? It seems to me there is a story to be told about Circinn (if Bridei is able to unite the two kingdoms, more adventures of Faolan and Eile etc!). Thanks for your reply!!

Hi Juliet, I just wanted to say I absolutely adore your books, I've been reading them for years and I review them regularly on my book blog at http://tintededges.wordpress.com. I cried when I read Flame of Sevenwaters; I had recently had to put down my dog who was 19 years and 8 months old and the story really touched me. Are there plans for more books about real historical figures like Bridei?
