Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Cindy Yee Kong My recent book "The Eyes of the lion" tells a story of my life. I was born with a rare crippling genetic disease known as dopa-responsive dystonia. In a home that is haunted by alcoholism, my life was tainted by physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse. I fought to find strength within myself to escape to a life of happiness, support, and love. I want to help those who are going through a tough times too.
