Hi Brian,
Your question puzzled me, so I did a bit of research. It looks as though you participated in the review daisy chain in the ". . . up to $1.99" topic on June 7th. I understand how the daisy chains work, but I assure you, I haven't participated as of yet. As a matter of fact, I didn't join that group until yesterday (17 hours 32 minutes ago). Also, since my book is $3.99, when I am ready to participate in a daisy chain, it would be in the $2.00 to $3.99 thread.
It looks like a "Valerie" has the post directly after yours, posted three days after yours, so, if I read the rules correctly, that's the user that agreed to review your book.
I also see you had inquired in the Q&A thread on the 9th, but at that time, no one had agreed to the review yet. You mentioned you hadn't seen any sales around the time you were expecting. Is FLEET under Kindle Unlimited? KU borrows won't show up as sales, so the reviewer could, maybe, have borrowed under KU. But, I'm sure you already know this and would have expected a review by now.
I understand how frustrating it can be to get reviews, and I hope you can get this resolved.

P.S. I just checked your book out on Amazon. camelcamelcamel isn't showing your price history, but I see it's now $3.99. Depending on when your price went up to $3.99, perhaps the reviewer was expecting 99 cents? I don't know.
