Hey, Brent! I just finished reading the Broken Eye. I loved it, but I do have one complaint! Why call it the Broken Eye? I thought for sure the title meant we were going to learn more about how breaking the halo works and that one of the main characters would break the halo. Unfortunately, we didn't learn anything new about it. Would you be willing to talk more about it?

Brent Weeks Wait. What?! You really didn't get why it was called The Broken Eye? There were a _few_ things in the book that should have had some resonance with the title. (And by a few, I mean a lot.)

That said, I do write books with the intent that they be re-read and readers pick up new things from further readings. ;)
