Out of curiosity, where do I start? Is The Crown Tower the very first book but published under a different title from the original self-release?

Hey Heather. It can be confusing because there are two series, published three different ways, and some of the titles sound the same...like The Crown Tower and The Crown Conspiracy. It goes like this.
The Riyria Revelations were published first and are six books that were originally self-published. When Orbit bought the series they re-released them as three, 2-book omnibus editions as follows:
The Riyria Revelations:
* Theft of Swords (contains The Crown Conspiracy & Avempartha)
* Rise of Empire (contains Nyphron Rising & The Emerald Storm)
* Heir of Novron (contains Wintertide and Percepliquis
Because my wife became depressed after the series ended (and wanted more) I wrote the Riyria Chronicles which actually take place 10 years before the events of the Riyria Revelations.
* The Crown Tower
* The Rose and the Thorn
* The Death of Dulgath
* The Disappearance of Winter's Daughter
Technically speaking there are 4 possible starting points (as the last two books of Chronicles are standalone books that don't require any prior knowledge of any of the others. But that being said most will start with either The Crown Tower (Chronological order) or Theft of Swords (order of publication). NOTE: The six-book Revelation series is no longer in print although sometimes you can find copies at used bookstores. But 99.99% of the people reading Revelations are doing so with the three-book series released by Orbit.
I hope this cleared things up and didn't just confuse you more. If you still are not sure. Check out my website where I talk about the series and various orders.

Hey. I just wanted to ask if you've heard of GraphicAudio? I'd love it if you'd let your books be re-imagined in the GraphicAudio format. Question was too long to fit in.
