Is the woman Jessie Gleeson in this book (she was friend and neighbor to Anne's parents), supposed to be the same woman who Anne met when she and her friend Philippa visited Anne's birthplace in the novel "Anne of the Island"?

Thomas I doubt it because she seems somewhat younger. Also Jessie sees Anne grow up to be older, whereas the old woman is sure the Shirley baby died.
