Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

C.C. Humphreys My dad was an RAF fighter pilot so I always was interested in planes. I love the WW2 period and just before, and love thrillers, b&w movies, capers, noir novels, wisecracking chain smoking dames! Thought I'd put them all together!
