Oh my--that's tough! I wish I had a sorting hat to help me.
But I have a feeling they'd all end up in Ravenclaw, since elves are naturally so much more intelligent than humans (even wizards, sadly).
I also think they'd be very confused as to what the house elves are, and insist on calling them something else. :)
