Shawn Inmon You're right - I just looked on the mighty 'Zon, and they are showing it is out of stock. Typically, that's because an author used a POD publisher other than CreateSpace or KDP. Normally, if someone orders a copy, though, they will get on the stick and get some in.

Wish I could help more - I think it looks like a great book.
