Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shabana Mukhtar I am an introvert person, and spend time observing people around me (passive interaction), rather than interacting with them directly. I have noticed this prejudice and tagging people with various characteristics. I have observed how painful it could be, and therefore decided to include it in "Uff Yeh Ladki".

'Crooning Techies' (and the 'Tales of software engineers' series) revolves around women in IT industry. What is their journey? What do they go through during various stages of their personal and professional lives? What is the path they want to travel? What is society’s perception of them? Is there any truth in people’s judgemental behaviour towards this profession? I am trying to answer those questions from a Muslim community point of view. Of course, these problems can be in any other walk of life, and any other religion. This, however, is the premise of this series.

Of course, all of this is fictionalized.
