Btw, I highly recommend the film adaptation of Endzeit. The world building is surrealism at its best. If liked Endzeit, I highly recommend Mike Carey’s The Girl with All of the Gifts (the film adaptation was wonderful & captured the zeitgeist of the novel) & Jeff VanderMeer’s Southern Reach trilogy that takes place in Area X. (Sadly, I can’t recommend the film adaptation of Annihilation which didn’t get the point of the trilogy).
