I was wondering whether you have engaged much with Adorno and/or Horkheimer, and what your thoughts on them are if you care to share?

Gregory B. Sadler One of my very first articles published was on Adorno. I studied them, and other critical theorists, pretty extensively back in graduate school, and continue to read them from time to time. I find it difficult to write on Adorno, since his thought is so dense, but I certainly enjoy reading him. Horkheimer is quite a bit easier. Even Habermas is, by comparison to Adorno!

(I'm sorry for the size of this question): What is it about the Christian revelation in particular that you find persuasive? In other words, what draws you to Christianity as opposed to, say, a vague form of theism?
