Goodreads asked Matthew Eldridge:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Matthew Eldridge Write because you love it. Write what you know and what you enjoy. Don't write what's popular, because it won't be your best work. If you write what you are passionate about, you won't give up. And don't stop until you have at least 4 drafts. Never be satisfied on the first or second draft.
