Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Rachel Marie Martin Well, from my life. I went from a very dark place, a place where I felt trapped within my own story to a place of freedom, joy and opportunity. And I was able to do this in one of the busiest seasons of my motherhood journey and in poverty. As a blogger so many many people asked how I did it and what the mindset was that I have so as a result I wrote about this mindset of change. And that? That really is The Brave Art of Motherhood. It's about not losing yourself within motherhood and being willing to take risks and follow your heart while being busy and mothering.
