So many wonderful thoughts but also the idea that suffering isn't evil or a punishment or a personal flaw, but an aspect of life. Unlike the Buddhist view that the absence of suffering is happiness, stop equating suffering with misery but look at it as an inevitability in life, a vehicle for change or meaning in life.
