I never heard of the eating disorder AFRID, however as someone who suffers from both anorexia and bulimia, I'm interested in reading this book and learning more about AFRID soon. Is this book only about AFRID or does it also talk about self injury as well? Since the cover looks like it would be about self injury as well.
