People seem to be increasingly looking for their identity in the various groups or categories that they belong to (political party, gender, and hundreds of others). I started wondering: Have we lost site of the unique and unrepeatable calling of each and every person?
In my conversations with many friends over a number of years, it became increasingly clear to me that the unique purpose of every human life is being lost in this cultural malaise.
As I wrestled with my own vocational discernment, a new and fresh approach to cultivating the unique calling of each and every person emerged. I felt compelled to help write a book about it because it transformed my life and the life of everyone it has touched.
