I am writing on behalf of a large group of fans from Bulgaria. We’ve been following the Royal series since the first book and we are enjoying them very much. To our surprise, however, the Bulgarian publisher has titled the 4th book “The Banished Heiress”. This focuses the title on Hartley, and not on Easton. So we're wondering was that your intention with the title Fallen Heir, or is this a mistake of our publisher?
