I am very confused, when I was looking for the body guards books, I kept finding them in the wrong order, like with the book I know was 2, that had people (and websites) claiming it was 4, so, what books are there in the series R/N and in what order where they published?

Apologies for the confusion which has occurred due to two different publishers (UK and US) releasing different editions of the books. US editions are different to UK editions as they are split for a rapid 'binge read' experience and to create a strong presence in the retail market:
(USA) #1 Recruit + #2 Hostage = #1 Hostage (UK)
(USA) #3 Hijack + #4 Ransom = #2 Ransom (UK)
(USA) #5 Ambush + #6 Survival = #3 Ambush (UK)
(USA) #7 Target + #8 Traitor = #4 Target (UK)
There are also a few bonus chapters in US editions 1-4.
So order for US editions is:
1. Recruit
2. Hostage
3. Hijack
4. Ransom
5. Ambush
6. Survival
7. Target
8. Traitor

Hey there I know it seems farfetched but have you ever thought about trying to make a movie for Bodyguard or YoungSamurai? I do know from looking that other questions that you are trying to make a tv series for YoungSamurai but Bodyguard is my favorite book series ever and I think it should get some spotlight too. Also if there was a movie who would you want to play people like ColonelBlack, Steve, Jody, and Gunner?
