I am not sure what will be next. I feel like I have at least one more book somewhere in my brain or being but I haven't settled on what's next. I currently have a lot of projects going on in my business Precision Performance & Physical Therapy and on my show The Whole You so I think I will mostly write blogs for a little while - or until something speaks to me.
