How did you came up with the idea of the On the Cape series? I loved the first book!😍

The first book, Love on the Cape bloomed from an idea I got watching the reality show, Island Hunters. I thought it would be cool if someone owned it and another was trying to take it...then those characters bloomed into Ryker Van Buren and Larkin Sinclair. Instead of an island, I made it the Cape you now know and love!
