The ending had a few loose ends for me, as I couldn't figure out who helped put her in the well? Neither of the two possible possibilities seemed to fit from a psychological view. Anyone have any thoughts? I also didn't get why Kate didn't divulge certain important information about a frenemy? Would she have rather have gone to jail? And why didn't Tom speak up, would he have rather Kate went to jail?
