Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

D.L. Andersen I walked into a historic site one day and came out a writer. It literally has become the rabbit hole where I feel as though I fell into some other dimension and my story of Ben and Lucy Stephenson is the result. Both the historic site, where I now dress up and give tours, as well as the story world I've built are places I get to play and escape my own real world problems for a while.
