Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Stephanie Eding My inspiration for UNANCHORED came from many different places. I've been fascinated by pirates for as long as I can remember but never thought I'd write about them! The itch to dive into this world crept up on me slowly. Then, one night while watching Once Upon A Time and falling head over heels for Captain Hook, I started getting ideas about a pirate with a bad reputation who used it for good. I love stories about redemption and finding a home in an unusual place, so that's where my Cecily came into play. Give me a romance where the couple hates each other from the start, and I'm all in!
