It's available on Audible and is read by Stephen Fry. Well worth it. As it's an Amazon off-shoot I expect you can access it from across the pond.

I have the same problem - I can only buy ebooks from the US store, and it does not seem to be available. It is on sale on Rakuten Kobo, but I use a kindle so the format is not supported. I was wondering if you found a solution to this problem.

You can also order it from the UK with free shipping from Book Depository (bookdepository.com). That's what I did!
