I enjoyed the intensity of this book. However, I didn’t feel like the characters were that developed. I didn’t really care one way or the other about the outcome- due to not really being that invested with the main characters. Can anyone else relate?

Bill Powers Yes. I enjoyed the read, but didn't really connect with any of the characters. So I didn't care what happened to them or how the story ended for them. I actually found Vivian to be rather silly in terms of the series of bad decisions she kept making. She was supposed to be a CIA analyst after all... I'm hoping the characters are better developed in the next book...
Chasity Clay I can relate. Debut novels typically are 250-350 pages. This novel has potential. I believe the author had a great first draft, but the publishing house chopped it up and ruined it.
To me I would assign this novel to young adult readers.
I was very bored throughout the entire book.
Molly Yeah, I thought the characters were very nondescript and generic. Nothing stood out to me about any of them--Vivian, Matt, Peter, Omar. The Russians (like Yury) were also stereotypical, but then I guess they would be more likely to fit the stereotype than not.
