I really liked this book but I just can't figure out how there were lots of letters in the room at the end? Following the in-book logic surely the letters are all placed there in 1914 and later by the different travellers. So how come when Stanton and KT go in the room (still in 1914) Stanton finds all the letters left by the other travellers?
