No, Donna. A lot of the readers are like me and want to escape into a different background. I often read foreign detective stories, for example, Xiaolong's books set in Shanghai and Menkel's books set in Sweden.

It would be absolutely awesome if Hamish and Priscilla did finally hook up! Hamish is such a sweet, gentle character. Priscilla is such a good opposite for him.
