The Giver is one of my favorite novels of all time, for the last 20 years I was highly anticipating a film version, since seeing the previews I'm not so sure if I want to see it it looks like every other big Hollywood Scifi film not how I pictured the book, my question is with an unbiased opinion is the film worth watching?
