Alan
Alan asked:

Does anyone have a copy, or know where I can get my hands on a copy, of this book? Thanks.

Ryan David Hall sadly this book was removed from ALL PRODUCT PAGES on Amazon, and the 2 lone surviving product pages for it, on Barnes and Noble, says they are "temporarily out of stock" (how long as it said this???)

AS STATED on Wikipedia (which i help edit):

"Two Hundred Years Together (Rus. Двести лет вместе, Dvesti let vmeste) is a two-volume historical essay by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. It was written as a comprehensive history of Jews in the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union and modern Russia between the years 1795 and 1995, especially with regard to government attitudes toward Jews.[1]
Solzhenitsyn published this two-volume work on the history of Russian–Jewish relations in 2001 and 2002. The book stirred controversy, and many historians reported it as unreliable in factual data. Some historians classified it as antisemitic.[2][3][4][5][6] The book was published in French and German in 2002–2003. A partial English translation is found in "The Solzhenitsyn Reader".[7]. Other recent (and partial) English translations are also now currently found in the October 2008 edition of the magazine "The Barnes Review" under the issue titled "Russia and the Jews: The Jews in the Soviet Union" [8].
A full English translation can also be found in several other places: the first and most notable one being in a book publication titled "The Crucifixion of Russia: A History of the Russians and the Jews - A new English translation of Solzhenitsyn's 200 Years Together" by Columbus Falco [9]. And, perhaps, an even better-quality (and more recent - 2017) translation from the contemporary French edition, into that of modern English, was also published on the internet by David and Davina Davison (including work from other various affiliate translators (as described via forum commentators, where there is seen theories of possible help in the translation from the production or editorial staff at website EthnoPoliticsOnline.com)), and then finally via free co-publication of the full and total sum of materials between the preceding parties, all online via the website, "Adam's Blog" [10] and was reviewed in the online publication "The Occidental Observer" [11]."
