Thought of you last evening, and wondered how your book club went. Who was the Author in the spotlight, and what book(s) did he or she talk about? I was jealous, big time. Hope it was enjoyable.

Actually, my book clubs are separate from the author events that I attend, and we only rarely have authors attending them. I've met with several book clubs who have read one of my books, and it's always fun, but usually, all the stars have to be in alignment to get an author to a book club meeting. Today, I'm going to see Kent Anderson, who's in town with his new book. It should be a very interesting discussion.

So James, I am intrigued by the Governor's wife's letters from Montana. I can't tell if it is a print on demand title, which would allow me to look at it. Can you give me a little info on how you found & ended up publishing the letters? Published in 1976 sounds like it would have been a college project. Very cool. And how enterprising of you.
