You have to contact the publisher of the book you're interested in (Doubleday - Penguin Random House) and they will address you to the publicity department, who will inform you about availability, rates, etc. Thanks!

The Supernatural Enhancements is making me shiver with delight. What a gorgeous, engrossing story. It's so entrancing I don't want to finish it because it will be over and I can never read it for the first time again. Thank you for writing it. I cannot wait for Meddling Kids.
