To answer questions about They Both Die at the End, please sign up.

Shima Wr don't know about Delilah, but I'd say it's very heavily implied that Rufus did die by Victor's car. Victor was speeding to the same place where Rufus was (Althea park-cafe), and Victor was the one to call Rufus on his death cast and he said "I'm not responsible for your death.", which in retrospect, is great irony, because he is.
