Actually, I've never experienced "writer's block." I freely admit there have been times when I went back to something and realized a subplot/chapter/etc wasn't working (or was flat out a bad idea) and needed to be revised or removed, but I've never experienced just sitting and staring at a blank page.
Usually, it's the complete opposite, in that I find myself with far too many ideas than time (or my hands..or sanity...or...or...) will ever allow for.
