My inspiration comes from living life. I'm a noticer and a learner. I'll be reading or listening to a podcast when an idea will "ping" me. Or maybe I'll observe something that sparks an idea when I'm coaching or training my clients. When these books seeds come I jot down the concept and put it on the list of things to write. And the idea that consumes my attention is what rolls out next.
