What is the difference between "The Man's search for Meaning" and "Man's search for Ultimate Meaning?" I just found out that both these books are written by Viktor Frankl. I am not sure which one to read.

Daniel Bisgaard Its a more in depth book, he writes more about his thinking and ideas. It's about 30 pages longer then the first version. The message is the same from both books and you will get a good understanding from both.
Jonatan Almfjord I stumbled upon a similar issue, although in my case the books were translated to my native language. I found the best solution to be to go to the library and have a look inside the book, to make sure what it is.

In my case, for example, I was recommended to read the English title "Man's search for meaning" but then I found out that it had been translated to my native language. Therefore I started to look for that book, which had a slightly different title compared to the English version (if re-translated to English it would be somewhat like "Life must have meaning").

It turned out that the book that I was looking at was a combination out of 2 separate books. 1) "Ein Psychologe erlebt das Konzentrationslager" 2) "Man's search for meaning. An introduction to logotherapy".

That edition wasn't even in Goodreads before I added it manually :)
