Is Scorpius a PNR series??

Rebecca Zanetti It's post-apocalyptic with some paranormal elements. I think it's shelved on the romantic suspense shelves in the bookstores, but that was just a judgment call from the marketing department at my publisher. The bacteria that takes out most of the human race localizes in the brain and alters it...creates some sociopaths. But no vampires, monsters, etc.
