Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Milree Latimer My late Father-in-law left Ireland when he was a young boy. .He and his brother became wards in 1901 at the Gage- Dougherty's Home for Waifs and Strays sent to Dr. Barnardo's- Shepard House November 14, 1906. Sailed for Canada on "Dominion" September 12 1907 Arrived at Quebec September 22.
As I researched his story I imagined what might have happened to a young girl, sent to Canada from Dublin Ireland in 1913
