Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Nick Haskins The idea for Betrayed started coming to me back in 2012. I had this storyline in my head for weeks about a single father, William Majors, his son, Billy, and William's new wife, Jennifer. At first the story started coming to me with the title, 'Major Payne' (William Majors & Jennifer Payne). Next, I was thinking of titling the book 'Taboo' or 'Deceived' until 'Betrayed' with the black cover and red letters stuck.
