Thank you for reading Jaya and Rasa: A Love Story! One of my friends asked me the same question yesterday! I'm not thinking about writing a sequel at this time, but never say never. For me the most important part of the story was showing the struggles Jaya and Rasa each had to endure in their lives and how it affected their ability to relate to others. To each other. But I totally understand how you feel! The ending is their new beginning, and I hope you felt that it ended on a positive vibe. I toyed around with the idea of giving more of a spelled out ending, but then I decided to leave it up to the imagination of the reader.
