Mae Hall
Mae Hall asked Zoe Parker:

So the writing style (in Elusion)... is that on purpose (because Iza generally thinks that way) or is that just how you write? It needs a little work, but the entire thing is just so (just going to throw out a few words here) unique, amazing, interesting, and just plain awesome that it doesn't bother me. I mean, I found a lot of typos, but it kind of just added to the experience, you know? (Continued on next question)

Zoe Parker Well, first I want to say, thank you for thinking my work is interesting! Second, I think most of it is how I write, to be honest. I love present tense, no matter which POV I'm using. In present tense you find out as it happens, which for me makes it more interesting.
Also, Iza does think like an odd duck. Just saying. I think all of my characters are a bit looped.
In the very near future, I'm overhauling the first two books in the series before I go wide with them. I think that Elusion needs some work and despite that I'm glad that you still liked it! Plus, I'm adding in cut scenes and such, so I hope folks will like the new stuff added in.
