Do I need to read the first two books before I read this one?

Diogenes Yup! of course
Pablo Lugo It is totally necessary to read the previous books to read the last one. They are continuations, it's as if it were a very large book that separated into three smaller books.
Esger Jellema Yes, absolutely. The pace of the story slowing down is only bearable after having read the first ones.
Dennys Regalado Díaz Absolutely yes!
Marie Definitely not!
Peter Answering my own question, now that I’ve read them all (in order). I think book 3 could be read on its own, but you’d have to accept a few things without explanation.
