I will NEVER pay that much for a kindle copy of a book. Never. If I am paying that much it better be printed and in my hands. It is ridiculous.

Found them in my library.. and since I use OverDrive, I got them in e-copy format.. FREE. :)

I agree, the price point was considerably higher than those in this genre. I picked up a print copy at an online second hand bookstore for about $4 (free shipping). I also found several books in this series on my public library's website as well.

Wow, it really is 10.99! That's pretty high, especially compared to other books in the genre, which tend to be about $3.99-$5.99.
