Melinda Leigh Hi Kristen,

All of my books are stand alone as far as the mysteries are concerned, but if you are more interested in the characters, then you could start with She Can Run, Midnight Exposure, Hour of Need, or Say You're Sorry. These are all the first books in their respective series.
