Hello Tricia (If I may address you by your first name) This is a question about an incentive I saw on Twitter for pre-orders and as such do not expect you to reveal it here. I pre-ordered the digital copy through Amazon, is there a way to redeem for the incentive, or was this from a specific site?

Tricia Levenseller Hi! The incentive is for a bookmark and bookplate (which are both kind of useless with a digital copy of the book). You could still email me your proof of purchase for them if you choose, however. Send an email to tricialevenseller@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and address.
