Hello! Ella Enchanted was one of my favourite books growing up, and I've re-read it so many times! I'm so excited that Ogre Enchanted is coming out this year. Do you think Ella and Char will ever appear on the pages of any of your upcoming books ever again?

Gail Carson Levine I'm glad you'd like to be with them again, but their story seems over to me--the conflict part, anyway. I wish them a great ever after!

Having said that, if I should think of a new misery to inflict on one or both of them, I'll jump right in.

This is not a question, but I wanted to tell you that Ella Enchanted was my all-time FAVORITE book growing up (and I read a lot of books). I'm sure even now I could recite many parts from memory from reading it so many times. Thank you for creating something that has brought me such joy!!
