I read a 2nd imprint from 1977. On page 131, the first text is the latter part of a sentence, one that is not a continuation from the previous page. Is this the case with other editions? Does anyone know? More importantly, does anyone know the full sentence? Page 131 begins: "never said it. She was literally open-mouthed gawking at Leo."

Kristin Hi! I have an edition from 1973. My page 132 starts out ...never said it."
The last sentence on p. 132 says, "I turned to Dorothy, ready to say something joking, but I never said it. She was literally open-mouthed, gawking at Leo."
Does this help?
