I was just going to suggest bipolar or addiction, as these are two mental illnesses we are seeing more and more. Addiction and alcoholism is very hard for people to understand and I’m always advocating for people to write about them to help non-addicts understand why we can’t just stop. Hopefully you will consider this???

My next novel will be about a woman with bipolar. And addiction is definitely on the list. I spent six years doing research on the molecular neurobiology of addiction--at Harvard, Mass General Hospital, and the NIH. Someday, I'll return to that world, this time in the form of fiction. Thank you!

In January of 2007 I was hit by a car while cycling and was 'gifted' with TBI. After I had gone through my own long process of accepting the fact that my life would never be the same, I have been active in informing everyone I can, from the public to government agencies, of what brain damage is and what it does to all who get it, and their families. I love all your books and wonder if you'd consider writin about TBI?
